I am looking for a software/app which I can create and customize my Checklist, Audit logs, Disposition Logs and then the software would automatically update the audit graphs.
With this software I would choose to print all of this forms and clip them in our poster boards or just keep it electronically for everyone access.
Do you know of anyone that sell this type of software or that I can talk too.
I would imagine that I am not the only person thinking of using a software/app with the above characteristics to implement and customize our workshop processes.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.
My experience is to have limited use of such software and get creative using spreadsheets or word document templates that are customised for your work and culture building. That said, I have used some elements of ERP/MRP and forms from other companies that have been shared.
If you do not want to start from scratch, the best thing to do is visit with lean companies and ask them to share some of their templates and data collection systems that you see may work for you and your company (with some modifications). I would not look to canned software for the likes of such; it will not be as expensive.
