Remember when doing your audits, the most important part is not the score, but the comments. Your staff will then see what the auditor sees, and their eyes are opened. It's not a report card, but a helping hand.

I found that the comments ARE the key. It also made it easy for the group leader to clarify. The auditor needs to be specific. Comments like 'Machine #3 needs swept' is different than 'Area needs swept.'
