For us, the recognition is the thing. Rewards are shared with all with a better workplace. ;)
At the end of each month I tally the scores with a summary of tasks for improvement. Scores are posted for all to see. The dialog, participation and coaching for ongoing efforts are the culture building tools though, not just the end numbers! Often this happens at the time of the weekly/monthly audit but not limited to as 5S is to be the way of life.
Summaries are reviewed by team leaders... we are actually just formalizing this part starting this month.
