Making 5S Stick in Your Shop

Here's a great article I came across from over a decade ago regarding sustaining 5S programs. The fundamentals are the same today as they were back then. Simple and straight forward. I'm particularly fond of # 4. Enjoy and please share your feedback and input.

Shining is to make problems obvious

With clutter gone and the storage area organized, the next step is to properly and thoroughly clean and paint equipment and work areas.
