Before the employee would have to go to the first aid room where the MSDS books are kept and search for the item sometimes spending 15 min. to look for an item. We then started to get all our chemicals, oils solvents, etc.. with labels on containers, but our employees still had to leave their work stations and go to the room where these are kept and write down all the info.  Now the labels are all lre printed with name #'s etc.  so they just need to go to their boad grab the right one, stick a sticker on, without leaving their dept.  Instructions are on board if labels run low on who to contact.

Thanks for sharing Linda. Very nice visual board. How was this managed in the past?
