As we all know there are 5 steps to 5S. Many folks think Shine is just the cleaning. What does the Shine step mean to you? What do you do?

Hi David,

Shining is like a daily/regular inspection.  It maintains the first 2S.  Our full opinion can be read here: Shining is to make problems obvious
